Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

2. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be completed through one of the available payment methods at checkout. An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or production error, or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
